Iruvar was Aishwarya Rai first movie in Tamil but her first movie in B-town was Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya opposite Bobby Deol. The movie represented Aishwarya in a new avatar very different from her first movie and that worked for Aish in a really good way. Aur Pyar ho gaya gave her the door to stardom and way to new levels.
Though Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya didn’t work out well in box office but it gave the directors and producers new face of Bollywood. Aishwarya did many big budget movies after her first movie and some of them got the golden space in history of movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Provoke, Chokher Bali, Umrao Jaan and many more not only in Bollywood but also in Hollywood.
